12월인데... 초록색의 푹신푹신 카펫같은 페어웨이. 게다가 완벽한 그린.
올해최고의 골프장으로 Two Thumbs Up!!!!!

Champion Tee 에서 7389 야드. 날 좋은 여름날 반드시 도전하리라!
40F의 포근한 느낌의 겨울오후. 드라이버가 200밖에 안나가서 6200에서 플레이했지만,
Still.... 70.9/138 Course Architect Ed Carton은 골프장이 어떼야 되는지 아는 사람이다.
Pete Dye 처럼 요란하게 눈요기에 치중하기 보다는, 그를 따르면서도, Par 를 위한 route를 만들어 놓는 설계. Luxury 하면서도 challenge 와 그린으로 갈수록 이빨을 드러내는 깍쟁이 같은 홀들이 18홀을 지루하지 않게 만든다.

버지니아 남쪽. 보물....
옥에 티라면.... Club House 공사중이라 18번홀 뒤의 경관이 아쉽다는점.....
다짓고 나면 Private으로 바뀔것 같은 예감이 든다.

약간 틈이 있을때 꼭 몇번더 가보아야할 골프장.
골프나우 리뷰가 별5개인 이유가 충분하다.

놀랍게도 그린이 좋다. 27홀의 훌륭한 레이아웃으로 디자인 코스인데,
아무래도 겨울이라, 페어웨이나 러프는 죽어있다. 하지만 가격대비 이정도면....
6000야드로 좀 짧지만, 벙커모양이나 홀은 그런대로 굿!
평평한 골프장이라 걷기에도 적당하다.

12월인데도 놀라운 그린 상태....
